I would not recommend this place. They went over the estimate but did not bother to call that they would need to do this and they also charge a 3% fee for using a credit card for witch they also don't tell you about until you arrive to pay the bill. We will not use them again.

Provided by SuperpagesMy car was backed into in a parking lot and surprise they did not leave a note. I took my car to two places to get quotes. JR's was the most thorough at evaluating the damage (not terrible just under $1000) and going over what they planned on doing and gave me a comprehensive quote. I made an appointment for a Monday and they estimated the car would be ready on Thursday. They called me Wednesday afternoon and said the car was done. When I arrived the car was completely detailed inside and out and looked like it did when I drove it out of the dealership. It is impossible to tell this car has been worked on. I would and do highly recommend JR's

Provided by SuperpagesThis vendor took over a month and half to complete the repairs after in writing had it would only take 3 to 5 business days. Had to call several times to check status to only say "we are busy and haven't gotten to it". Do not plan to return my business there or recommend anyone else.

We have been in business for 35 years & have always been about customer service,detail & quality workmanship.We have always gone above & beyond in the above departments.Since customer submitted this review anonymously we have concerns that perhaps customer wanted more than what the insurance company or they were willing to pay for. Extremely poor business practices built on lies and excuses has made this experience among the worst I've had to deal with on any level. I was shocked and deeply disappointed and will NEVER go back there and more specifically, I will NOT be recommending them to anyone in Winchester! Shame and deceit surround them in a dark cloud of non-caring and lack of respect in regard to their customers. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from their unsavory ways! I wish I had...
