5 Star Auto Spa

This place sucks!!! First, they are expensive and never clean well. Then they scratch the crap out of my car and the manager Hong Kim won't do anything about it because he says it's not their fault. He's condensed ingredients and a jerk. If he truly appreciated our business then he would have done something about it. I wasn't asking for a new hood, just fix the damage you caused. What a scam they have. Low life jerks!!

Got my car washed recently at the Auto Spa. There are three levels of exterior wash. The highest exterior service cost $14.00. They do not wipe off the windows and/or windshield on the exterior at this most expensive wash level.

I have a review for whoever does the state inspection here. I went in for an oil change and a state inspection. The employees at this establishment told me that my car failed the state inspection because there was a crack in the windshield that was over three inches and three inches is the limit. I informed them that the crack has been on my car since I bought it 8 years ago and it has always passed the inspection from many other different state inspectors. They said that if I wanted to pass, I would have to pay $265 for a new windshield. I said no thanks and took it to another state inspector at Jack Evans, who passed me with no problem at all. I measured the crack and it turns out it was 2 inches... not even 2 1/2... no where near three inches...Also, since it's in the corner, it's not even blocking the drivers view. So pretty much I lost $16, and a bunch of time taking it to this 5 star spa, but I could have lost a lot more if I paid for the new windshield. I will say that the employees at the front desk are very nice and friendly and this review is not for you. No, this review is for the state inspector who sucks at his job and is trying to steal for honest costumers. Perhaps they are just dumb and they need to go back to school and learn how to use a ruler so they can measure correctly. Of course, everything I'm saying is a lot nicer than the other state inspector who passed me had to say for this guy. The guy at 5 star spa gives honest state inspectors a bad name. I feel like this is one of those places that lures you in with the cheap oil change coupons and tries to charge you for a bunch of other things that aren't necessary.

I used to go there every week but now the place went down hill fast thie past weak I took my truck and the wifes car and was going to take the boss 2 cars but after they could not clean my truck or the car I did not go back with the boss cars.when I ask why the dirt was still on the wheels and under the car he said it was nothing he could do about it. I had to go home and wash my truck by hand and my wife had to clean her windows inside looks like they used a dirty rag to clean her windows. just not what it used to be
