I would give 0 stars if I could. I had a delivery notice with a tracking #. The employee, a male, expected me to believe that he couldn't use the tracking # to locate my package. I was then told that another mail carrier took it without telling anyone. I asked for a supervisor and was told that a supervisor wouldn't be able to find my package either. Use Fed Ex or UPS.

The worst post office in the world I can't tell you how many packages have been lost or employee stolen recently I have tracking number that days my package has been at the main post office since Dec 5. It's now Dec 17 go down there package is no where to be found. Employee stolen. Worst damn post office I've ever seen

Postmaster Kimberley Pittman showed no concerned to help me as a customer. She even felt the need to laugh nonchalantly. She needs to work on her level of professionalism. Her customer service is disgusting.

April Moore is the worst mail carrier, needs to be fired. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!! Yells at all residences on our block and refuses to deliver our mail!!!

I am not sure we receive mail anymore in Cranberry Ridge? On our culdesac three times this week, I have gotten letters in my box that are not my address, AND I did not receive a package that I paid for and had to make a claim for it to my vendor. I work from home so I know no one took it from my mailbox. Also the delivery times vary from noon to 4:00, so you can't rely anymore on when your mail will get here. The usual lady that comes is great. Her fill ins, when she is not working, are lazy. If there is the slightest block of the mailbox, they will skip your box altogether. I'm not sure if that's when mail is put in other boxes, or lost altogether (e.g. thrown in the backseat). Something is definitely wrong here. Never seen such awful service in the 8 years I have lived here. Please USPS, look into this! It is getting worse and worse!!

The person working at front end desk at USPS need not be qualified, and what else can you expected from uneducated filthy moron's.

Today i went to this USelessPostal Service at 501 Mercer St SW, Wilson, NC 27893.



There are 3 run people working here all of them rude. An old female, a bald man and a man with ear rings.



Bastards are so rude and awefull, they should not be working.

Man with the ear rings should drink my urine to compensate the rude behavior.

These cheap low-lives working at UPS earn their living by the mail which customers send.



I will not recommend anyone to send USPS mail .
