Autobell Car Wash

I discussed my concern with the first gentleman by explaining that my windshield had been knocked out during a storm.There is glass in front seat. I showed him some of the glass in the crevice of my seat.I have been satisfied with their service in the past and go through at times.I was advised Inside and Out would meet my needs.After paying and upon completion of my car I realized the glass remained in the seats.I asked the gentleman about it since this was my reason for coming there today.He informed me the glass would harm their equipment and he could not do anything about it and I should go to any gas station and pay .50 to vacuum the glass myself.I feel I was mislead into paying for a package to deal with the glass when that was not dealt with.I paid $1.50 at a gas station and did it myself. I also realized there is a scratch in the wood grain above my glovebox as I prepared to vacuum the seat crevices.I feel mislead by one of the men but unsure which was was not being honest.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!! Took my truck there today9/12/13 and it was the worst experience ever.. told the man cleaning my truck it was still dirty and his response to me was it must be ROAD CONSTRUCTION DIRT!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME, THIS IS THE RESPONSE YOU'RE GIVNG ME??? didn't put my mirrors back to position for me to drive I had to lock the mirrors back in position and I don't mean cause they needed adjusting, they had folded them back to was the truck and didn't bothe to fix them either. I will NEVER visit this location again and possibly never any AUTOBELL after today.... enter at your own risk, probably better off with a cheap drive thru car wash for 5 dollars, you will get the same results
