Charged me $145 for show and just to test my working AC... They didn't call to tell me they are on it's way. Woke me up from working night shift.. I didn't want to fight for ridiculous bill that I was not even told in prior how much is going to cost... I was ready for them to get out of my house... One of the guy told me to keep my fan off cuz motor make more heat... are u serious?.. ceiling fan helps to circulate air and cool down room faster... Hello!! Another thing they didn't know... that I am actually certify HVAC technician... it's been a years since I worked on air conditioners, I didnt had my gauges and freon tank. Thought it would be easier just to call guys let them fix it. How I was wrong.. never again!

When it comes to heating and air Paul Wren is our guy. Paul installed our first HVAC unit in our first home in the mid 1990s. When we moved to our new house and had issues with the HVAC unit Paul was our guy. When the unit finally needed replacing Paul was our guy. Over the last 20 years if we had an issue Paul was our guy. We find Paul to be fair, honest, dependable and trustworthy. After all isnt that what everybodys looking for when they are in search of their guy? Paul is that guy.
