Walgreens

The staff here are always very helpful and nice whenever you go inside...but I am writing this to warn those needing their persciption filled....go to one of the other Walgreens in town!! The one on S College has been my go to before I moved downtown...so I changed my store temporarily to the Kerr location. Bad idea. Good for quick stops...groceries...even wine!! The staff inside are really great. The pharmacy section however is horrible. I waited for 10 minutes one time and no one came to the counter...even with the help of one of the other staff from the front of the store!! The pharmacy staff was no where to be found, so I left for class and came back the next day because they are not 24 hrs. Today, the man on the phone did not fill my script because I guess I had already had it filled and picked it up on the 18th. That's funny...I guess I have a clone? He seemed very confused by the fact that I had one more refill before I needed to see my doctor....he told me he needed to call my insurance company and he would straighten it out. Mind you ladies and gentleman...I was needing my birth control...not a controlled substance. Needless to say, the man didn't call me back, I waited for two hours and then just called my old faithful store on S College. They filled it no problem and I picked it up within the hour. Just a warning from my experiences ( there have been more than one here) take your scripts to a different Walgreens unless you have time to burn!
