Overall

I just got off the phone with one of your employees named Chelsea. She was SOOO RUDE !!! She hung up on me when I asked her for a fax number. I will call back and ask to speak with a manager to let them know that they should re-train employees to be more professional and do a better job in customer service. I would have rated you guys ‘0’. I cant believe you guys would hire someone like that.
