Demetri at On-Site Detailing took great care of my black Mercedes E Class Coupe. The car has some acid rain spots and needed to be compounded. I had received his information from a long time friend who is also a huge "car guy". When the team arrived, they got right to business. The car was hand washed, then clayed. The technician polished the car in a few stages returning the finish to the "mirror like" finish it had when it left the showroom, removing all the spots and contamination. I worked for this company for a short time. He paid the employees VERY poorly and was generally a scam artist. I wouldn't give this man my business in a million years.

This is a poor company. Demitri seems to be inconsistent, and at times a bold faced liar. My BMW 6 series' hood was damaged by this company at DEVON HILL BMW RT 30, and i was told he (demitri) would send someone out to my house and guaranteed it would be fixed. He sent out a gentle man who i couldn't even tell worked for the company, no uniform, no lettering on his vehicle. At first i didn't even know it was the man to fix my car. He buffed my Hood to fix the repairs but to no avail. I called Demitri but was sent strait to voice mail.

About a month later i made another appointment hopping that my car could be fixed by the mobile team ( just as Demitri had told me weeks before) the gentleman who came out was very polite, and broke the real truth to me ( Unlike the owner.) he said that the clear coat had been damaged so badly that there maybe no fixing it. He told me he would do everything in his power to fix it, and spent about 2 hours trying to do so. After his care the hood looked much better, but still the marks left in it were very noticeable. He apologized again for the damage, but as it wasn't his fault i tipped him and thanked him for his efforts.

Still to this day Demitri has done nothing to try and fix the damage his company caused.

made an appt for a full detail inside and out for my SUV (cost $220). They were backed up months for on site detail, so they offered to pick it up, take it to HAC to detail and return to me. I made an appt on a Monday - no one showed up to pick up the car, called Dimitri, he apologized and set it up for the next day. Tuesday - never came to pick the car up, no phone call, nothing. The next Tuesday I went and made an appt in person, watched them write it in the book. Set the appt for Wed and made sure that I could have my car back by 1:30 pm. Wednesday morning they came and picked the car up, I again, let them know that I needed the car back by 1:30 pm - was told, "no problem", plenty of time. 1:30 came and went - called the guy who picked up the car 2 times - got voicemail - called Dimitri - got voicemail. No return calls, and I did not have a car when I needed it. Finally returned the car at 2:30. When he returned it he had a story about how he had to do 4 cars that morning by himself. I was behind schedule, I paid him, hopped in my car and had to go. While driving I realized that the car was not even clean! He vacummed and "dusted" but that was it - spots on the carpet were untreated, dirt, dust, crumbs and food in the door pockets and all cupholders, back windows were filthy inside - never cleaned and the area between the console and front seats were never touched - there were pens in there, food, etc. When I put the third row seats down there was SAND from the beach on the back of the seats - he didn't even put the seats down and vacuum the back of the car! I had to finish the job. I am NOT a particular person, but for a $220 value, it should be clean. What they did was the same as a $30 wash at the car wash. Called Dimitri (the owner) 2 times to tell him I was unsatisfied and received no response.
