Mike's Glass Service Inc

This company was recommended to replace two windows in my house which had been broken during the hailstorm in May. I called for an appointment. They said they would call back in a week. Two weeks later, after not receiving a call, I called back and they had no record of my first call. I thought I would give them a second chance and we then set up an appointment for somebody to come out in two days to look at the windows. They took my phone numbers again and confirmed the address, date and time. We made sure a family member was at the house for the appointment, but nobody ever showed up or called. I don't know many people who have the time to waste in dealing with a company that would provide such poor service.

Replaced windshield. Great service. No problems. My insurance company set up the appt and they took care of all the paperwork. Very easy. Highly recommended.
