Extremely disappointed. We put our toy hauler on consignment, with the plan to have it detailed and trim pieces to be fixed on the inside. We were told on a weekly basis that parts were ordered and our toy hauler would be posted online for sale. But none of these occurred. Out toy hauler was sitting in the back exposed to the elements and when we decided to get our rig back, it was covered in filth. No work had been done to it, it had just been sitting. The owner accused my husband of calling her a liar, even though every week we had been told that the toy hauler would be fixed and be posted for sale. We had dealt with Nancy in the beginning, who was wonderful, but no longer works there. The owner was going to charge us for a detail that what supposedly done on out toy hauler, but by the looks of the rig had been driven in the mud. We were hoping for the best and for 4 weeks gave them the benefit of the doubt, only to be totally disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I did a walk through of our rig and the inside was never cleaned. When called to inform the owner that we were picking up the paperwork for our camper, she stated it was not her priority and had other issues that were more important.When you tell a client 3 times that you are going to post the camper and never do, that is being dishonest. As for yelling, the only person yelling was the owner, because she did not like being called out for her lack of honesty. Because people quit and the owner uses that as an excuse to not take care of items that was promised, says a lot about the owner. We dealt with Nancy and never had issues, the one time we dealt with the owner it was nothing but excuses. They had our camper for a month and did nothing to it as promised, the next day we posted it and sold it. We should have never wasted our time with this business and highly recommend people consign their rigs somewhere else.
