I have been there numerous times now and the work is excellent. I have dresses shortened, customized, and fixed. All work is expertly tailored and the price and turn around is fantastic. She is my go-to tailor. I would highly recommend!

I took one garment in and was happy with the speedy work, so I took in five more. These were expensive martial arts ($200-250/ea) uniforms needing only to have pants and sleeves shortened a bit.



After I got home I had a chance to inspect the items and couldn't believe how shoddy the work was. Unbelievable. It wasn't just poor work, it was outright lazy. Each hem had four parallel stitches, and the thread color is different than the cloth by design, making the stitch work very visible. It appears that she haphazardly sewed one right into the next, leaving horrible vertical stitch lines everywhere. I could have easily done better at home.



I took the garments to what I thought was a professional because they were very expensive and I wanted them done right. What I got was a hack job. I will never return, and should probably take her to court for the damage.



If you need a tailor in the area, go to Carmen's in downtown Willoughby. Her work is immaculate, and I regret taking these to a place that was a few minutes closer to home.

I am from out of town and will be traveling to the area for a wedding. I have a bridesmaids dress that i need altered and will have 2 weeks time period from when i get there to when I need the alterations finished. I called this company first because it is near where i will be staying. The woman answered the phone and first asked me why i waited so long to get the dress fitted which is none of her buisness) then said i should try to have it done where I am located at the time and then said well maybe you can call somone...I cut her off from her sentence and told her that if she didnt want to do it I will take my buisness elsewhere. Two weeks is plenty of time to alter a dress and if it wasnt for her, I thought it was very rude of ther to comment on my waiting to have this done, I have my reasons and I appreciate good customer service which this woman was clearly lacking.
