Cheap Trees

I would not hire "Cheap Trees LLC" out of Williamson, NJ ever again. This is just my review of the company and own experience with them. It took them almost 1 and half months to complete the job they gave me a quote for and at the time of the quote they told me it was a 1 day job! It acutally took them 1 full day plus parts of 2 other days over that course of 1 and half months. They left coffee cups all over my yard along with cigarette butts that i had to pick up. Not once did they ever call me to say they were coming, they just showed up or i had to call them to find out what was going on. So once final payment was due, i tried to talk to the owner to see if we could come to a new price on the final payment and maybe reduce my cost slightly for all the inconvience and basically he told me it is what it is pay up. He was very about it. So thats my review take it as you please but i would never hire them again!!!!

We have used and recommended Cheap Trees several times. No complaints from anyone. This time damaged outside appliance and some surrounding grounds. Owner came back promptly and is having repaired. He isn't taking payment until repairs done. This is hard work, dealling with huge trees that can cause a lot more damage if not taken down. Owner genuinely cares and is down to earth. Cut them a break. I'll continue to recommend Cheap Trees service.

BEWARE! This crew is VERY DESTRUCTIVE! Little if any regard for your property. The trees come down and so does Everything around them. The leave leaves you restoring for quite some time. Their price might be cheap but the expense of throwing out, fixing or replacing your items from the wake they leave behind TRULY makes them more EXPENSIVE! BEWARE!

I needed some trees removed and stumps grinded, Steve came to the house on the same day I called and provided a fair estimate. Since multiple several trees, the best rate for the work was a daily rate. One of the trees was cracked and in danger of falling through the neighbors fence and shed. The next day promptly at 7 am the crew began work - two climbers and 4 additional people worked hard for more than a full day. There was no damage to my property and they even took care not to damage flowers around the trees . At the conclusion more was accomplished than I had requested, including the removal of 6 large trees, 11 stumps being ground, removed dead wood and brush. If you are looking for fancy uniforms and shiney equipment then this company is not for you but as I experiences if you are looking for a hard working team than knows what they are doing, work for a fair price, show up when promised, and do more than promised, this company would be a good choice. We hired this company to remove two very large trees. they finished the first tree but let it fall into another tree and cause significant damage..we will have to have this tree removed in the fall due to this negligence. Started to remove the second large tree. They broke my neighbors fencee and sent limbs through our lifetime shed which is not usable anymore. They managed to do this in one hour of work. They are very destructive and unprofessional. They abandoned the job and finally returned a call after several voice mails. We did not want them to finish and there was not a signed contract. our neighbors did not want them back as they were concerned about their property and they are b=very damaging. We have a claim on their insurance. We hired someone elase to do the job and the difference was remarkable--cheap trees are not professional and their work habits are dangerous. I hope this helps .

very good experience with this company. skilled and safe crew. these guys took down a tree over my house, pool, and fence flawlessly.

I hired this company to remove several trees in my backyard. I thought I was getting a great deal but in the end all I can say is a learned a hard lesson. First, they never finished the job, steve (the owner)knocked at my door and said is equipment broke and he needed to get payed to go buy some parts and pay his workers and that he would be back in the morning. I paid him cash and that was the last time I saw are heard from him again. I called the police they said to take him to court but there was a good chance he would just open up under a different name. I should have done my homework on the company and the owner first. PLEASE BE WARNED THIS COMPANY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
