European Nail & Spa

Look, I'm not one to write reviews, let alone negative ones. Going into a nail place, it's commonplace to expect the employees to speak very little English. I have no problem with that, more power to them and whatnot. However, I've been here a few times and the service was downright terrible. The mail girls and gentlemen speak to each other and laugh the whole time in (Chinese but don't quote me on that). Whatever, I can deal. The wait is always ridiculously long (45 minutes to get my eyebrows waxed because only one employee can wax? No thanks). However this review is protest from an experience I just had. I'm in the Giant shopping center going to get my eyebrows waxed at Holiday Hair before a date but they're closed. The open sign is blinking at the nail salon next door, the door is open, there's people inside. I go to walk in and the man at the counter stands up and yells "No. We closed!" We'll jeeze, a simple 'sorry, we close at 6:30' would be nice. No need to be rude, your open sign was on. What was I supposed to think? Moral to the story, don't be rude to customers/potential customers because that's how you lose them VERY fast.
