Provided by SuperpagesI feel I need to take the time to thank Ebby's and his staff on their job with fixing my car. My car looks great and everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful. In today's times it's unusual to receive such good service and feel like people care if you are satisfied. Hats off to Ebby's!!!

I am very pleased with the work and the prices were very good after 3 estimates Ebby's was the lowest and definitely had the highest quality of customer service from start to finish. I came all the way from Richmond and was more than impressed with the entire experience. I would recommend Ebby's to anyone and I truly appreciate the care and concern displayed by all of the staff. I received a call from Ebby himself to let me know that my car repair was on schedule and would be available to pick up the next day. Thank you all so much for the great experience!

Provided by SuperpagesThis is my second attempt to follow up from my earlier review when I reported a noticeable amount of change had been taken from my car when I dropped it off for repairs at Ebby's. I do not know why my other report was not posted here a couple weeks ago. After that incident Mr. Ebby contacted me and asked the amount. I conservatively estimated $7-$10 and he mailed me a check for $7 to replace the change. He obviously cares about customer satisfaction and the reputation of his business.

Provided by SuperpagesAs a follow-up to my prior email about the theft of several dollars worth of change from my car, I got a call from Mr. Ebby himself a couple days after. He obviously cares about customer service and the reputation of his business (which I had head great things about before my car went in). He was apologetic and reimbursed me $7 for it. A nice gesture. Thank you.

Provided by SuperpagesThe work might be decent but take anything out of your car that could get lifted by one of the workers. I had several dollars worth of change taken out of a closed compartment in my in my car (almost every quarter but also anything silver---they left the pennies). When I told the manager he said he'd ask his guys if they did it (as if they would admit it) and told me since they denied it the didn't know what he could do. He did not offer to make any reimbursement and instead told me this was why he recommended that people take their things out of the car...yet went on to say his guys are honest. If so, why recommend this to people(?)---which he did not recommend to me. I told him taking my things out wasn't the point and he readily agreed and still did nothing to take responsibility for his business. I would never go back.

The staff is very professional, they keep their word on when the car will be ready and the finished product is really wonderful!! Highly recommend this body shop...............

Provided by SuperpagesEbby's did a perfect job on my truck. They took care of my insurance estimate, fixed my truck & got it back to me when promised. Their staff was very professional & kept me well informed during the repair process. The repairs to my truck where undetectable, I am very happy with the paint match.I also got a warranty from Ebby's on the repair & also thru my insurance company. If your vehicle is in need of repair I would strongly recommend Ebby,s for the job.
