We went with this company because it was going to be cheaper. I guess you end up paying more when you want to be cheap. We ordered a very large carport and they couldn't give us a ballpark date of delivery. That's fine but they couldn't even let me know if it would be in 2-3 months(usually it's 6-8 weeks from other places I've ordered). 4 months later and they call me on Thursday at 5pm to schedule next day for the morning at 9am. I was very upset since they did not even give me a couple days notice. So I arranged for my wife to be home. Come the next day and they show up at 7pm telling my wife they didnt even bring the supplies and only wanted to survey the land. So they looked and said we had to put some blocks to level (which is no problem) and they will be back Saturday at 6am. I did not get home from work until 9pm and there is no store open or time for me to get the blocks needed. I called the company and they were blaming me for not having level land when I clearly told her even if it was level, they did NOT have the supplies and their scheduling is terrible. After a long conversation, we rescheduled...or rather they told me again it would be an undetermined date but they would call me at least a couple days before. 3 months later (yes, really!) The same lady calls me at 4 pm to schedule for 6am next day on a Saturday. I tried to reason with her as to why the last minute calls and she told me do I want the carport or not. So I asked to speak to a manager and they told me to call Monday since they had left. I called in Monday and was told to call Wednesday. Then Thursday so I call again and the manager was very rude as well. She was blaming the land being unlevel even though I told her the workers did not even have the material to do it and that I was getting last minute scheduling. I heard the lady I previously spoke to yelling in the background that she gave me a full week's notice a few times and that I was 'never available'. So I just gave up and they kept my deposit since it was all my fault for not shifting the world to fit their scheduling. I definitely do not recommend this company.

Here’s a company that sent two engineers to my home in April to look at building a carport on concrete pad near my swimming pool. They measured the job sent me an email of the carport and the size. Then four months later when I am in Iraq serving my country they showed up and installed it (August). The installer told my son that I owed him another $50.00 for removing a rubber mat that was laying on the concrete were he had to place a beam, but the company owed me $150.00 because the building was made smaller than the drawing. When my wife came home she found the carport in one spot was not even on the concrete and the molding was loose in spots. My wife has contacted them several times; they sent several people to my home to look at the situation, one of then showed up and fixed the molding. But they have yet to fix the 18 inches of bracing that is not on concrete. There is plenty of concrete for it to be put on. As of right now I Do Not recommend this company.
