Carolina West Wireless Corporate Office

I went to Carolina West wireless in hickory upgrade my phone and sign another 2 year contract if necessary, I thought it had been 2 years and was going to upgrade. Turns out I was a week early. Lady there called her boss and he said would have to come back tomorrow, when he would be working. I made a 60 mile round trip and they wanted me to make that again and loose time from work. Driving a total of 120 miles I don't get it, I was a good client, paid my phone bill on time, but because my previous contract had a week left, the store manager would not sell me a new phone and sign me to another contract! Shop somewhere else folks because if they don't care enough to even sign up customers, I hate to think where this business is headed I still haven?t figured out what this epic stupidity is all about.

Calls are often dropped. Data features are slow or often can't be used. "New" phones are often phones that have been discontinued at other stores. Not really a good deal. You "get what you pay for". Better off paying a little more and going with Verizon or AT&T.
