Walmart - Tire & Lube Express

I went to this wal mart to return a GPS that got me lost. I took the things that customer service from walmart.com e mailed me and told me that i needed to return it since i didn't have a recipet. ( they e mailed me a copy of their return policy). when i got there the asst manager NATE refused to refund my money telling me he wouldn't do it because he didn't know of that policy, when i asked him to look it up he said no he already did so i asked him if what walmart e mailed me was wrong and they lied about there policy he said he didn't know he didn't e mail me anything and he wasn't going to go through this with me again. i went home after he told me to leave the store and called up there and talked to another asst manager because he refused to get on the phone. she also stated she didn't know company policy and was going to go with what the other asst had told me. i asked her if they would review it and get back with me at which time she sighed heavily. asked for my name in a very rude voice. then my phone number and hung up on me!! this walmart lacks knowledge, customer service skills and a managment team. i shopped at wal mart all the time and this experience has made me feel like they don't value their customers at all. i'll be going to k mart or target from now on.

I shop here often as it is conveniently located near the highway and universities. It is usually a fair place to shop. There are low prices and a wide variety of items though the cashier customer service is sometimes questionable - not all but some of the cashiers can be quite rude to their customers. At times, there are maintenance issues i.e. leaky roofs.

No need to shop late at this store. Even though they are open they always have sections blocked off from waxing the floors.
