Do not do business with Alef's HD of Wichita. I ordered a part for my HD, specifying quite clearly that it had to match my original part. They had to special order it, so I was required to pay up front.



You guessed it, the part did not match, but they made me keep it anyway. They are clearly more interested in business than customers, but they just lost a customer with that little $10 transaction. Stay away from them!

I brought my bike in for simple brake work in the first week of July 2013, not only did I not get it back until July 31st, the work wasn't even finished. They had not bled and adjusted the brakes so they would hardly stop the bike at all. They did eventually correct this which required more days in the shop. Additionally while it was in their care my right turn signal switch was damaged, they however refused to acknowledge this was their fault forcing me to pay another shop more money to fix their clumsiness. They were given several opportunities to make this situation right by me but they chose however to leave me dissatisfied.

Terrible customer service. NOT truthful with anything they say. There is NOT a low enough star rating I can give them. When you contact THEM cause it's been almost a month past when THEY were supposed to contact YOU, you get lied to and a run-around. There promise to pay the first 3 months has yet to be true. I am currently researching how to report them to the BBB. I would NOT buy ANYTHING from Alelfs Harley Davidson in Park City (Wichita) Kansas EVERY again. WIll tell EVERYONE I know to avoid them like the plague too.
