I would highly recommend Colettes Catering for any catered dinner. My husband and I used her for our wedding and the food was delicious. We had an Italian buffet and i had not one complaint about the food. Colette and her staff had us all set up and were so nice!

There are not enough words to describe Colette's culinary expertise! The best in every way. Taste. Texture. Visually. Price. Here it is - Colette know's her business. From the beginning (when you have no idea how to describe what you want) to the scrumptious ending when everyone in the room can't speak and you only hear the various sounds that describe mmmm, mmmm, mmmmm.
