Sally Beauty Supply

I went to Sally's to buy hair products and a scarf, when I could not find one, I kindly asked Emma, if she could direct me to them. She told me they were out. As I stood in line to be checked out, I noticed the head scarf I was looking for. I'm a bit conservative and the scarf I chose had a lace banding and left me a bit hesitate to buy, so I tried it on. It didn't take long to realize that I didn't want it, but before I could even put it back, Emma who was in the next aisle, walked by and with the worst attitude and asked if I was going to buy the scarf. I said, "possibly" and that I was trying to make my decision now. She stated that I couldn't try on anything and that I would have to buy it if I wanted to know. I said, if I didn't want it after buying it, I would bring it back anyways and that I had already made my decision to not purchase it, but rather the two products I came for originally. I assume she was trying to see if I would try the other scarf on, so she stood in the aisle literally just staring at me for about a minute. Feeling extremely uncomfortable, I asked if she needed anything because I didn't need her assistance and that I felt like I was being harassed. She responded with, "I'm not harassing you" and that if I felt that way I could leave the store. In complete shock at her response and still trying to remain calm, I stated that standing staring at me with no purpose was harassment. She stated that she would call the police. I urged her to make the call because I was not doing anything out of the ordinary that would deem that call necessary. Perhaps she realized how idiotic her statement was and so she waved her hand at me and walked away. I don't believe in getting out of character for ANYONE, so I proceeded to the counter to be checked out by another employee, even though Emma had offered to do so. I doubt anything happens to her because as I requested the number from the other associate she laughed.
