Riatta Village

This is a very nice trailer community. Been in my RV for a month and have had no problems what so ever. The price is fantastic. The people are friendly. Or they mind their own business. Quiet place tucked away secluded. And easy access to and from the community. Don't understand the negative reviews. Thanks guys!

Too many complaints to list

I have lived here for almost a year now. t has been nothing short of great. The people I have met here are nice. I have read the other reviews and i am sorry ya'll feel that way. Jeff and Ryan have been awesome for us, anytime we have had a problem they are quick to help. Yes our house needed a little work, but that just meant we got to add our own personal touch to it. I have no complaints on that lol. The location is great b/c it is a block away from the school. My kids love hearing the train go by everyday! I have taken the time to get to know some of the people here in the village and I have not had a bad experience. I just want to say thank you to Jeff and Ryan for all they do! I have never had trouble getting a hold of them and if they are not in the office, they usually are over at someone's house fixing something for them. Great job guys!

Cobaltblue should thank his lucky stars that he DIDN"T get a return phone call. This place put the "trash" in trailer park. I lived at Riatta for less than a year (a year too long!) when things financially got really tough for me and my kids. I got behind on my rent (15 days!) and my water was shut off by Jeff, one of the "managers". In speaking with other residents, I found this was a common practice by him in order to bully residents who were behind. He is nothing more than an egotistical jerk and has absolutely no business dealing with people! I cannot imagine what the owners of this place were thinking putting him in such a position to represent them! Maybe they don't care...who knows. The other "manager", Ryan, seemed genuinly nice, but obviously, Jeff was alpha dog. Also, if you have children, look somewhere else for a home. Talk about some shady people out there-starting with the office! They claim they do "background checks" on the residents-Ha! yeah right! I talked to a police officer that has been with the force for twenty five years, and as soon as I said Riatta Village and named some names, he immediatly knew exactly who I was talking about! Umm, scary especially when you have kids. This was the most horrible and unprofessional experience I have EVER had dealing with property managers. DO NOT RENT OR PUT YOUR HOME AT RIATTA!!

been trying to contact manager for nearly 4 weeks, never in office during office hours, never returns calls when you leave messages on answering machine, kinda hard to make inquiries when no one is ever around or will talk to you by way of returning calls...also, residents i did talk to say they never know when someone will be in office, they usually have to stick a note through the door slot....how can a place rent space to someone if they can never be reached...would like to manager's name so i can complain to BBB
