If I could give a ZERO I probably would. Don't bother!! Not a good experience for me. Wasn't offered anything to drink. Had to listen to son and mom arguing and yelling at each other. The guy who did my nails just plopped the acetone jar between my fingers as he did my nails so I had to hold it for him. When I asked what came with the deluxe spa treatment he told me I could have my choice of the scents for the water. HA! Didn't mention anything about nice warm towels or paraffin wax for the feet, etc. I got the French nails and had to remind the guy to follow the natural curve of the nail - not to go straight across - make them look "natural"!! Also, I don't like mine too fat on the white part either, he seemed to get bent out of shape and wanted to tell me what I was supposed to have. When he painted the clear pink polish on my toes I didn't notice the color being off, but it was really too pink and I just let it go. No too noticeable from above, but when I told him I didn't want it on my fingers he didn't understand why. I told him I'd rather have clear and he argued with me telling me that is what they always used. Also, I'm used to a little massage of the hands, arms, feet, etc. as they are working on you. Got none of this. No lotion applied or anything.

His mom wanted to know if I needed my eyebrows done, which I had been thinking about. This seemed to bother him and they got into a jabbering match. I couldn't understand them as they were speaking another language. However, it seemed to me he was trying to tell me what I wanted and didn't want. I did need my brows done and ask to have them trimmed up some - oh man!! She butchered them!! I'm used to just plucking and waxing - she took the scissors to them and really did a whack job on them. Usually my old salon will also fill them in with a powder so when I walk out I look presentable. No so here!! I looked butchered. After the lip and chin wax ,which were OK, my skin is very sensitive and turns red. Nothing really applied to soothe it or help with that either. I won't be going back and suggest you think twice about a trip to this place.

From the outside, this place looks decent. But once you get inside and look around a bit, it's not that great. The floor is dirty. It reeks of acrylic and there doesn't seem to be any adequate ventilation. If the techs are wearing masks to apply nails, it should tip you off that maybe you shouldn't be breathing the air in there, either. The personnel were only marginally friendly, mostly disinterested. I went for a pedicure. The woman barely spoke English, so communicating was difficult. She seemed to think that beating the heck out of my legs passed for a massage. She ended up cutting my nails way too short, and unevenly at that. The polish application is uneven, and not smooth. She also didn't apply a base coat before applying the very dark red I'd chosen. Her inability to understand or speak English made it impossible for me to communicate what I wanted, so I let her finish. The price was reasonable at $20, but still not worth the service I got. I won't be going back.
