So for my anniversary we stayed in this hotel it was roach city I asked for a room u stairs they gave me one down stairs and said it was the one of the best they offered they have in door pools and kids played and made soo much noise and lucky me our room was right across I complained about the roaches and I was asked if I would like them to come and spray and to make my first experience to Texas great there was mold and rust falling off there ceilings on to my towls and the house keepers were rude..what in the world no WiFi and breakfast was in tiny paper plates I can go on and to end this still waiting for a refund DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

My husband and travel alot due to his job and we have seen our share of hotels and their flaws, but i have to say that this so called hotel takes the cake for the BEST MOTEL in Wichita Falls TX. If you are looking for cockroaches, mold, air conditioners that dont work, tv's that are severally out dated with no remotes, and a breakfast a homeless person wouldnt eat, then this motel is for you. This place is a health hazard for families with children and the elderly, if you are a person with perfect health you will leave here with some kind infection or disease. This Motel needs to be shut down and given to someone who cares about the wellbeing of people who travel and need a place to enjoy a nights rest. I would recommend Holiday Inn at the Falls, that comes with a view.

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. If I could submit pictures you would be disgusted. Great thing it's not scratch and sniff either. The stench in my room was revolting, a 4in burn hole in the carpet, every piece of furniture had burns in it. It was a non smoking room. They put me in the wrong room at first. There breakfast is to be served for 4 hours but they bring one round of food out to there buffet and that's all. The staff at the front desk are pleasant but all other staff couldn't care less. Everything in this hotel is out dated by at least 30 years. On our visit both elevators were out of order. The a/c put out cold air but would not blow. The maintenance man said "that's the best you can get". Hope if you choose this hole to stay in, your experience is better.

the hotel looks fun and great! the room had sheets with holes in them, cockroaches in the bathroom and no ice!
