Hollywood Nails

My friend and I went in to get pedicures and manicures. I chose the gel for my nails...the "tech" painted in on too thick, forcing me to soak that off and have it redone. There was only one person trying to take care of two people on a Saturday. The other "tech" had to re-do my gel and still left polish around the nail. My friend getting a pedicure, (while being beat up by the broken massage chair) only had her feet soaked for a total about maybe 1 minute. NO lotion or ANYTHING was rubbed on her legs or feet. It was merely a nail polish change and proceeded to still charge her $25! I, after seeing this done to her, decided to opt out on a pedicure and was still charged $35 for the WORST gel manicure I have ever received. The lady was VERY rude and unaccommondating. I will tell everyone to not go to this terrible establishment.

This place is anything but the glame you see of the real Hollywood. As a matter of fact, it has nothing to do with it, from sitting in a broken pedicure bath (no flowing water, just stagnant....lovely) to leaving with nail polish surrounding the toe nail, this place lacked everything a nail place should. The same day, the toe nail polish on our nails had rubbed off (there was no real polish drying station for the toes) and when we went back to get it fixed, the place had closed 30 minutes early before their sign said they would. I did not leave feeling like a movie star, instead, I am now wearing closed toed shoes, hiding my hidiously painted, crooked cut toe nails. This place would be a definite bust.
