Awesome is an understatement for the service I got here the other day. The owner Ryan not just some sales guy was quick to get me into a vehicle with no games played

STAY AWAY! Assured me car "needed nothing", "everything works", "no rust", and "well maintained". ALL LIES! Lost $6,000 on a van that has severe rust on the frame, brake and suspension system. Repair shop won't even work on it - they are concerned about the safety of the van.

I called ryan on one of his work vans for sale. Over the phone he stated it was a " government vehicle " but when I got there he said it was a " comcast vehicle." I scheduled a time to come see the car and arrived a few mins early. He had the hood up and was pulling some wiring out. He told me something with the heater went bad and was going to replace it. It looked like it was leaking some kind of fluids on the pavement but he assured me it wasn't. I took the van for a test drive and it did seem to drive okay but when I got done driving it smelled like it was burning something. Over the phone He said it has no accidents and was a clean carfax. When I got in person he said the same thing, but when I looked at the car fax the vehicle had 2 accidents. When I asked him about it he acted like he had no idea. I'm not going to say this is a bad place to buy a vehicle, but there was to many sketchy things and backwards stories for me to feel comfortable buying a car from there.

I purchased a Subaru from Ryan. It is a good, clean car I got for a reasonable price. First experience not using a dealership, and what a pleasant experience I had, such a difference a smaller locally family owned dealership was. Ryan was knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with him as a salesman. Even after I purchased the car, I had a few questions about the car (first Subaru) and he returned my call within 20 minutes.
