John was very helpful and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He asked questions and provided advice/knowledge to make sure I bought the right bike for my needs/use. Liz was helpful on the phone when I got home and needed assistance getting my wheel on after transport. I will send friends and family there for sure!

This is the kind of place you can send your 12 and 7 year old sons to to purchase a helmet for the 7 year old and the owners take the time to send them home w the perfect fit. Can't get that at a big box!

They are very friendly, and not soooo technical you have no idea what they are talking about.

(Some bicycle stores can be that way...)

They let you ride around and see if the bike is a good fit for what you need. The workers are very knowledgeable, and helpful in determining what bike would be right for you. They stand behind what they sell, and a lot of the accessories have lifetime warranties. I spent a little more than I would at a Wal-Mart or Target, but recieved so much more in both knowledge about the bike I bought, and service of the bike I bought. They even went over the laws of bicycle ownership, and made sure they remided me to register my bike with the local authorities in case it is ever stolen. I would buy another bike from here any day, and I recommend it to anyone I talk to.
