The receptionist are complete idiots and give you the run around. I phoned earlier and said I was in a lot of pain and needEd to be seen she said to come by to collect a sample of urine for the lab. She asked me to write my name and dob on a sticky note and knew my name, gave me the wrong lab sheet, went next door and the incompetent idiot gave me a blood pregnanCy test all the while I'm wondering why my bloods drawn. I call back and find out the receptionist messed up after beino put on hold and switched from.receptionist to another. That's their mistake, a idiotic one, inconvenience to me, and they will fix this mishap or I will take legal action, that's not a "honest mistake" when they have my records and am.on birth control they prescribed!!!!! Unbelieveable, and I hope they know I know all their bosses really really well someone's getting fired!
