Norm's Service Center

Absolutely appalling "customer service". I called this morning at 11am to pick up my car that was towed the night before. Norm broke out is nasty attitude right from the get-go saying "well I was there until 10 I'm not there now". I asked him if there was any way I could pick up my car & pay for the tow and he said he would call me back.Norm did call me back in a timely manner but still treated me, his customer, as if I murdered his puppy.

Norm-Yeah, I'll go back but you better be there because I'm not waiting around for you. And you have to have cash.

Me-Okay, how much will it be?

Norm-Well I don't know I'm not there!And its gonna be a $30 fee for me coming back.

I was greeted by Norm telling me how he was doing me a big favor & giving me a deal.He towed my car 2 blocks,kept it for 10 hours and charged me $30 extra to go to his OWN business & take my money.He said "I don't normally come back",whatever that means.Its not the money put me off,it was the rotten,nasty attitude.
