Peck's Skate & Sport Shop

CUSTOMER FOR LIFE I recently brought my son to Pecks for new skates. They found that his current skates still fit, and saved me some money. Wow, Ill be a customer for life.

I have gone to Pecks now for years...this is a store that had years of Hockey Player experience...the family that owns Pecks..yes, are hockey professionals...what better advice to get than that from them (rather than a rude kid at a chain sporting center). Employees here take the time to properly fit both kids and adults. They are in business to fit the players properly...not sell the most expensive item. I prefer to go to a store where the staff is knowledgable. And if they dont have it..they will order it!!!

Ive been shopping at pecks since I was a kid and my parents and parents parents have gone to pecks and it is always a wonderil experience. It is the only place that you get service where people care. I've been to several sports stores and there is no other service like pecks!

Very knowledgeable employees who were extremely generous... answered all questions and more.

Long wait and extremely poor customer service. Uncomfortable space to have to wait in and you will have to wait a long ltime to be serviced. An associate (a man) told me to go Pro Sport because that would be a better store for people "like me" to buy skates when I spoke up for being screamed at by the women behind the desk. This was prompted simply because I reminded her I was next in line when she began to take care of a customer who went ahead. I shop at places where the customer services is excellent. Peck's is not that place.
