Harrington Ocko & Monk Attys

I worked at Harrington Ocko & Monk for about a year and a half. Unfortunately I was terminated. It was kind of a relief because nothing I did was good enough for my hot and cold boss and the stress of trying to hard and not being acknowledged for it was really taking a tole on me. Anyways. The attorneys, paralegals and support staff are great, wonderful nice people. As for the Office Manager / My boss, she did nothing but, complain, it was always too hot even when it was ice cold in the office. When trying to refer business to the first she suggested that her husband would probably benefit from it better. Was was asked to be in 15 minutes before opening but was not paid, and when I started writing all my time (all the 15 mins that were adding up, she decided to change the time sheets) Lol. Anyways. I loved working there and if it was not for my boss I would have put my all into it. I guess I jut stopped trying after a while. It's hard to work when your boss is constantly watching her dog on a nanny cam, calling her husband and son all the time , watching "funny" videos on facebook, always gossiping with staff for hours, and taking 3 hour lunch breaks. I was even asked to quit my education which was on the weekends and had nothing to do with the firm because I was studying on my off time...Besides that everyone works very hard at the firm, and are very focused on their clients.. if you are looking to be a receptionist there. I suggest you don't.
