        Our store is conveniently located north of Highland Rd and just east of Bogie Lake Rd in the center Copperfield plaza sharing its space with a Leo's Coney, Siam Fusion. This Location was opened April of 2006 by long time franchisees and friends Addy Shattuck and Uda Shallop. This was the first of Addy and Uda's 3 locations that offered professional grooming(Hours: Mon-Sun 9am-6pm) as well as a self serve doggy wash (Hours: Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri and Saturday 9am-8pm, Tues 9am-7pm, Sun 9am-5pm), also our second location with a 'Kitty City'.

        the store is OK but the grooming is terrible. $55.00, including tip, and I had to take the dog down the street to be redone. wet head and poop under tail, half SSSS grooming, should have been half price.

        Staff not honest

        The selection of pet supplies is great but the staff is not honest!

        We purchased two goldfish. One had a white spot on its top fin. When I asked the obviously very knowledgable staff member if it was somthing to be concerned about he said it was fine. I now know it had a fungus and I am sure he knew and did not advise us to select a different fish. I know it's only a goldfish but my 7 year would be crushed if it died and so I now have spent $30 on a $2 fish in an effort to save it.
