Nick & Tony's Coney Island

I brought my whole family for a late Sunday breakfast, the booths were all full so we sat at the bar. This move really bummed out all the wait staff. My kids are angels in a restaurant but it did not matter to the girls working there. Are food was served quick and was quite good for breakfast, though we did have to listen to the cook/owner complain about our toast order as there was some question about how many orders did/didnot receive toast. The waitresses continued to wait on us in a less than friendly manner as we watched a regular come in and get EVERYBODYS attention. This man spent $4 while our bill came up to about $30. When we left I bit my tongue and said thank you loud enough for everyone to hear and got no reply. This is all sort of petty but for a small place trying to make it in my neighborhood they are going to have a tough time getting us back! Try smiling at evey customer no matter how long your shifts are!

This is a great family restaurant. The restaurant is smoke free. They have super breakfast specials for under $3 Monday thru Friday but they also serve up lunch and dinner. The food is priced inexpensive and is served with a smile by their friendly wait staff.
