I missed a bill. ONE BILL. The email went to my spam box for the first time ever. Who knows why, but the result was that I missed it. That was on 7/11.

I triple checked my email just now and I have not received either an email OR a paper statement since that last bill on 7/11.

However, not sending me another bill with a past due amount OR any separate past due notice did not stop them from coming out to disconnect my service just now or receive a payment IN PERSON. I received no email, no mail, no phone call. The bill is only one month past due and the August bill still hasn't arrived. Regardless, I had to pay a $25 charge to have someone come out and collect the money in person. TWENTYFIVE DOLLARS that could have been prevented by a phone call or even an automated email. And I know they have an excellent automated service, because that is all you can get when you try to contact them. They are excellent at avoiding customers.

I hate that in TN there are monopolies with the utility companies. You can't escape them, so there is no way to even use your customer power to go to another company. Its awful and it should not be allowed. I wish I could tell you to avoid them, but sadly, you won't be able to.

I PLAN ON CALLING THE MAYOR AND ALL THE CHANNELS, TO LET THEM KNOW HOW UNCOMPASSION YOU ARE TO PEOPLE WHO IS ON DISABILITY AND HAS TO BE ON OXEGEN 24 / 7 AND THEY CUT HER ELECTRIC OFF, IN ORDER FOR HER TO LIVE, I WENT AND PAID HER BILL AND THEY EVEN MADE ME SHOW WHERE THE BILL WAS PAID BEOFRE THEY WOULD TURN HER LIGHTS ON, SHE WAS GRASPING FOR BREATH AND NOW IS AT HER SISTER'S HOUSE TILL SHE IS ABLE TO COME HOME, PEOPLE OUT THERE FRAUD THE GOVERNMENT EVERYDAY, AND TRUST ME I KNOW, BUT THIS POOR FRIEND OF MY IS TRYING TO RAISE 2 KIDS AND FEED THEM , HER FOOD CARD WAS TAKEN AWAY AND THEN THEY CAME VERY CLOSE KILLING HER BY TAKEN WHAT SHE NEEDED MOST OXEGEN ..I WILL NOT STOP TILL THEY DO RIGHT BY HER.
