Petals on the Bluff

DO NOT EVER USE THIS FLORIST! I ordered an arrangement called "Precious Purples" in a clear vase. What was delivered was a tacky monstrosity in an ugly cheap looking vase. They had substituted out the lavender roses for red!!! It was very embarrassing and completely not what I ordered, "Precious Purples". When I called to complain they refused to correct their mistake or refund my money. I would never use this florist if you expect professional and honest services.

I ordered an arrangement online thru Teleflora and it was arramged and delivered from Petals on the Bluff in White Bluff, TN. I was horribly embarrassed when I saw what they had delivered. Yes, I understand that ordering online you are not guaranteed exactly what you select as individual forists vary and may not have the same stock BUT I had ordered a get well arrangement that is called Bee Well because it has this cut little bumble bee in the center of the arrangement and on its belly it says "Bee Well". Much to my horror when I saw what they had delivered to my ill friend, there was no bumble bee....Petals on the Bluff had placed a Ty brand HEDGEHOG in the middle of the arranagement.. Yes, folks I said a HEDGEHOG!!! My friend was quite confused. I was quite embarrassed. I had to explain that I had ordered it online and that it was NOT what I had ordered. I have contacted Teleflora and they are trying to recify my issues..
