A 1987 Wheeling Central graduate, Rochelle has also attended West Liberty State College as well as Wheeling Jesuit College. Her medical experience began in 2004 in family medicine where she achieved certificate training for cholesterol, diabetic, and breathing testing and screening. She also has a certificate for medical assisting, is a certified laser technician, and has been certified for CoolSculpting®, Hydrafacial MD, Md Pen and Vivace Microneedling.

In 2007, she received certificate training for assisting in the SmartLipo™ procedure, and in 2009, she learned to perform the ViPeel treatment. Rochelle also received certificate training in the treatment Thermage CPT and assisting training in DOT CO2 Laser Resurfacing in 2011. In 2012-2013, Rochelle received individual training for Diamond Microdermabrasion procedures and specialized skincare treatments, certificate training for IPL, as well as certificate training for assisting fat transfer procedures. In 2015/16, she became a certified Coolsculpting Technician, and in 2019 received certificate training in Microneedling and Hydrafacial MD.
