Westside Women's Care

My issue came from from the billing dept. I had set up a payment plan and was making payments as agreed EVERY month. My billing statement each month even idicated the monthly payment amount due. I received a phone call from a woman named Jody who told me that she was calling to inform me that my account was due and payable in full in less than 10 days or she would turn it over to collections. She was very nasty and refused to accept that I was set up on a payment plan. She returned my monthly payment with a note 'accoutrements due in full by 5\10\18. I ended up using my grocery money to pay the bill and when I told her how awful she handled the situation, she prO eeded to leave me a very unprofessional vpice message on my phone. I saved the message and intend to file a complaint with the office as well as the medical board and am seeking legal consult!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PRACTICE!!!

My experience with Westside women's care wheatridge location was horrible. Beginning with the receptionist, then the nurse, and the doctor. I made my teenage daughter and appointment for abdominal pain. They were extremely unfriendly and made her very uncomfortable. She was talked down to and made to feel embarrassed and ashamed. I originally thought her feelings were based on usual discomfort a new doctor visit. When I contacted them for a follow up- I was appalled after the way I was talked to on the phone I wanted to cry- I felt horrible for my daughter to have delt with that kind of treatment. I felt 1 in tall after my conversation with the nurse. I also had put my daughter on the phone (through speaker phone) and listened to her conversation with them. I understood why she was crying and so upset after her appointment! I do not recommend westside women's care Wheat Ridge to anyone especially regarding a teen.
