Mountain Phoenix Community School

School has no policies in place that protects teachers. Education Director seems to be bias against foreigners. High number of seemingly unjustified parent complaints against teachers. Director of Education seems to have very spotty background in Waldorf Education and lack of understanding of it. Little to no support for teachers. High number of untrained teachers in Waldorf education. Board of trustees has almost no background in Waldorf education but operates the school like a factory producing goods. Very hostile unhealthy environment for children and teachers. I heard that highly trained and effective teachers were terminated without any reasons given; though people believe that it is the Director of Education bias' way. Overall I could not suggest any person, neither parent to bring their children to that school nor teachers to apply or work at this school. Working at this school is set or most likely to ruin over time any teachers' reputation.
