Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery

I went to the woman in the reception area to find 2 grave sights. She looked them up and gave me a map. I was assured I could find them because they were clearly marked. After almost 2 hours of hunting I drive back to this person and was told there was nobody available to help so late in the day. It was 3pm. She told me that maybe my grandfather's place of burial was not clear due to the age. Every lot should be marked! This is a huge place. After I got basically no help from this woman, I found a worker on the grounds who immediately helped me. If the receptionist is unable to give useful information and is unwilling to lift a finger to help, then maybe mark the lots even if they are old. Thank you Vanessa for your help. It should not have been this hard.

What a disrespectful organization! My mother's flowers were missing from here grave site on 3/29/15. Needless to say I have to here this from my distrot father. I went there on 3/31/15 to see what happened to them. The front office receptionist is very rude and has the next in line mentality. Come to find out if you put up a really nice arrangement of flowers the employees use the "cleaning time" to steal them. I have had flowers on her site for 5+ years and haven't had a problem till now, so why now they come up missing? Well apparently the staff use this time to take what they want and put the rest in some black fenced area exposed to the elements for the taking. Thought this was supposed to be a sacred place, I guess not when you can't even trust a holy place. I will not be using this facility for any other services, Crown Hill is much more affordable, RESPECTFUL and professional!
