Abrusci's Italian Restaurant

Okay I know I write alot about Gluten Free but it is a big deal when your allergic.

The food is good, the selection for gluten free is good, but they dink you pretty hard for eating it (the gluten free)

My italian husband tollerates it, he perfers the spicy, cheesier italian food due to his roots and mama's home cooking, I will say this place has more of a northern italin influence. But service is decent, prices are okay and the place is clean. And you never have too long of a wait, if your on that side of town try it!.

I recently ate at Abruscis for the first time and thought I had stumbled into paradise! I am gluten intolerant, and have gotten used to restaurants that limit their gluten free alternatives to a dry piece of chicken and a salad with no dressing (for an additional fee, of course). I have actually eaten at a restaurant that charged extra to bring me a hamburger without the bun!



It has been so long since I enjoyed an evening out, and it was wonderful to be able to order from a full menu and receive food that was prepared with as much care as if I were a "normal" customer. My meal was delicious and satisfying, and I look forward to a return trip. Soup! Pasta! Bread! Yummy!



The atmosphere was pleasing and the service was great. I have nothing but praise for this establishment.
