Overall

We spent nearly $700 on flowers for our wedding at this shop. The shop was helpful with discussing what we wanted and accepting our money, but that's where the pleasantries ended.



We were informed the morning of our wedding by phone that we needed to pick up our arrangements by 9AM or that they would be left on the front porch of the establishment despite store hours being 10AM to 4PM on Saturday. My parents-in-law went to pick the flowers and were rushed from the store without time to inspect the arrangements as they were covered with heavy clear plastic. They arrived at the church, and, on further inspection, found the flowers to be unbloomed, wilted, and many were broken. I immediately called the florist to attempt to resolve this with no answer during their store hours. The bridesmaids went to Minnich's and worked quickly with their florist to get a bouquet that was suitable for the wedding, but none of the corsages or boutonnieres were in a condition to be used and none could be gotten in such a period of time.



I took plenty of pictures and sent an email to them expressing my displeasure and requesting a refund. The representative was very rude and insisted that it was our own fault for not inspecting their work the day before (as we had established weeks prior that we couldn't as we live out of town.) The store has quit returning my calls, and they have not even processed a refund of two bouquets for bridesmaids who could not attend the wedding that we informed them of weeks ago and a refund was agreed on.



I'll never do business with this shop again, and my recommendation is to inspect everything you receive with a very fine eye before paying anything.
