What a joke! We called and spoke to Tana Furby on Thursday about a property we wanted to go look at. I ask if it had any interest and was told one other couple saw it and showed some interest , i went on to tell her it would not be untill the weeked we could go see this place and was told no problem that she would make sure it was unlocked. She told me the basics and said it looked nice on outside but the inside would need completed. She failed to mention though that meant there was no floor. You opened front door and fell stright into eternity. So by this, i mean my five year old fell flat on stomach quit a few feet down and hard. Needless to say she got hurt and visit to the E.R. I tried every telephone number that they list several times but all i got was machine. Finally monday morning i got a hold of Nancy Furby, and was explaining the situation to her. I was just going to politly tell her they may want to make people viewing property aware so this did not happen to someone else. She showed no concern for my child at all and proceeded to Advice me very rudly that we should have not been at the property anyways it was under contract. Well if we had been told we would not have even gone and looked at it first of all, and secondly it takes a very cold hearted person to aviod concern over a child been injured because of a realtors lack of information.
