All my misconceptions about crossfit went away when I decided to try it. Just crossfit is not your average box. Great environment and awesome coaches that guide you through all the Wods and make sure you get the best experience everytime you visit. I truly love this place. Stranger and faster than ever����!!

I started at just crossfit when I was 14, I never really worked out before or did much sports but I decided to try crossfit with my cousin. I joined just crossfit and became the part of the first 101 class in which they teach you all of the movements. And because of the great staff and help that I got during the class I learned all of the movements that I needed in an instant. What is great about just crossfit is that there is always people there to help you during the workout so that you make sure you don't stop and keep going and especially not to get hurt during a WOD (workout of the day.) My experience has been nothing but a great time for the 7 months i have been going and i don't plan to stop anytime soon.

I am a mother of 3, I have worked out my entire life, but got tired of the regular gym, so I decided to try CrossFit; at the beginning, I have to be honest, I was a little bit scared as it seems pretty intense and complicated, but the coaches are great! they patiently teach you how to do each movement, so you can do them at your own level, they scale everything!



Once you get started you fall in love with it! you get to really know your body and everything it is capable to do! Everyone is friendly, and they're always pushing you! it doesn't matter what your age is you will always be part of the team!
