UNRELIABLE horrible DO NOT use this realtor unless you want her to be an hour late to closing and then lie about it before and after she arrives. She makes excuses about leaving out page 3 of the HUD and forgets to have us sign a page so that when WE notice we have to drive back to HER office.



This place gets one star because I couldn't give her half a star for showing up an hour late and handing me papers to sign. She (same name as mine) actually "promised" that she would be at her office at 7:45am to close so that I wouldn't be late for work but this was not the case.



Their Weston office opens at 8:30am (to 5:30) and she didn't want to stay an extra half hour (6pm) on Thursday so that I could drive straight there from work to close. We even offered to drive closer and meet up with her to sign the papers aside from work hours. She said her brother is in the hospital. Okay, fine. What really disappointed me though was that she had to lie about it on one, two, three separate occasions. Not even excuses, just blatant lies.



She promises to be at the office at 7:45am the next day because I have to work at 9am. Okay, sounds good so far but I got there at 8am and she's not there. No phone call, nothing. 8:15 nothing. 8:30am nope, yet her office is suppose to open at 8:30am. She arrives at 8:40am walking in slowly not rushing and made a VERY POOR excuse about, "I was suppose to be here at 7:45 but Hialeah had a horrible traffic accident..." I'm no fool. According to traffic records there were NO MODERATE much less MAJOR traffic incidents in Hialeah on 01/07/2011 between the hours of 7am to 9am. Besides, since WHEN do most traffic incidents take up AN HOUR of your time?



Mind you she gets the commission but first it was the brother in the hospital. Then it was lying about arriving earlier to sign and finally she lies about the true reason she is late! What if I would have arrived at 7:45am?! She had to lie about going there early, arrives late and then lies about that too.



Mind you we had to close because we were short selling. She knew this so we're at her mercy yet she gets the commission. My BIGGEST PROBLEM, WHY did she have to lie about going early and leaving on time?! I get it. You don't get paid overtime. You want to leave at 5:30. Fine. You also don't want to arrive EARLIER than 8:30am but you LIE that you're coming earlier at 7:45 and made me wait almost an hour? That makes me mad because of YOUR IRRESPONSIBILITY I was almost half an hour late to my job with VERY SHORT NOTICE. If you would have been honest, I could have told my VP the day before, not an hour before driving to work the morning of! Heck, she could have even arrived at 8:15 instead of 7:45. Bloody heck she could have even arrived at 8:30am on the dot. NOPE.



Also, she forgot a page that needed to be signed and my mom noticed it and had to drive back. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. NEVER use them unless you want to bend at her will and have her lie to you about it so that it's convenient for LUCY.
