Phil, Phil, Phil. I called to let you know the valve you installed was leaking. Your crew returned and replaced it. I noticed that my next water bill seemed a bit high and looked at the valve again and saw that it was a virtual geyser. My fault for not checking it again, but that is not my complaint. I called your company three times to have a technician come out and look at the problem (which appears to be at the connector of the PVC and the valve), and was assured that someone would come because "a crew" was in the Weston area. Two attempts and no one came to fix the problem. Too bad for me. I will simply use another company, which is fine. I continue to be surprised/amazed/disappointed -- not sure what the word is, actually -- at the lack of real interest that small companies have for their clientele. I am not bitter and expect to receive the same treatment from another company. It is just a sad thing to witness with such frequency.
