horrible. I called on the phone and was left on hold for over 10 minutes waiting for a verification of employment, they never came back to the phone so i hung up. I tried calling back five minutes later and the line was busy (assuming thats from when i called.) Seriously??? Nice customer service, if that's the way they are over the phone why on earth would anyone actually want to go there in person? No thanks
