I wanted to write to share my horrible experience with Handyman Hub. I needed to have some grout repaired, they came out to do an estimate and I hired them for the job. The person they sent to do the job told me to wait three days before using the shower. When I finally tried it, the grout started washing off the wall immediately. I called Handyman Hub and they sent the same guy again, this time he seemed intoxicated. He regrouted the tile and then told me to buy sealant for the grout myself…something they told me they would do in their original estimate. I did as instructed, and the grout washed off the wall again. They sent another guy for the third attempt. When it dried, the grout was two very different colors.
While this was going on, I was in regular contact with the owners of Handyman Hub. They were often nice, but repeatedly mixed up details, forgot to call back and never apologized for their mistakes (beyond those of the contractors they sent to my home). On the fourth attempt, the owner asked for more money to finish the job! When I pointed out that I had paid in full already, weeks ago, and he had not fulfilled his portion of the contract, he refunded my money instead of completing the job.
Obviously, I would not recommend anyone hire Handyman Hub for their future work.

I thought I has seen everything before, but the owner of this company is giving himself five stars!!! Talk about unethical reviews.
As for your complaints:
1) We had two miscarriages this summer, I had bigger fish to fry than sharing my experiences about your company. Thankfully, I also have a long memory.
2) I was under the impression that the British guy I spoke with was the owner, my mistake. Maybe you should ask your employees to call customers back, no matter how small.
3) Conrad, your employee, told me the original contractor you sent was using the wrong grout. Was Conrad lying, or are you lying now?
4) Nobody ever told me that my grout would be two completely different colors, you made that up entirely.
