Bell Bradburn Apartments

I have lived in Bradburn for two years and I have had nothing but problems with them. My first place (Shaffer Heights model) flooded, they gave me two options. Move out till they fix everything or move down the street to a new place in two days. We asked if they can help hire us movers since this wasn't our fault and we got NOTHING. I should have ran then but instead moved down the street. If your paying so much money to live in a place like this, you would think you would get treated with respect. That is sadly wrong, once you sign a lease Bradburn already has your money so they don't care. Aside from their wonderful plumbing (NOT) they have the worst management ever. Jeff is unprofessional and lacks serious customer service skills. He should also get educated with their leasing policies, because now after I broke my lease and I was told BY JEFF several times that they would not charge me any penalties because they already have someone moving in, I get a $1600 bill from Carmel Properties saying I owe a penalty. When we called Jeff to ask him if there was a confusion, he is now claiming he never said any of that. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BRADBURN OR ANY CARMEL PROPERTIES TO FRIENDS/FAMILY and I will sure as hell never be living there ever again.
