Short Recovery

My car's title is clean there is nothing wrong with it, The Baldwin Park Police looked it up and told me so. A Short Recovery Employee, tried to steal my car while I was in physical therapy. Lucky for me someone came to alert me about this illegal activity, Tow Trucks Used To Commit Grand Theft Auto. When I rushed outside I saw that he had my vehicle hooked and lifted up on his white unmarked Ford tow truck. He also had my car pulled out a little from it's parking space. When I asked him what he was doing to my car, that when he started to lie about a fake repossession story, He asked me a lot of questions but he was answering them for me, like putting words in my mouth. I started getting frustrated by that until I asked to see the repossession paperwork he had on my car. When he was reading the paperwork I heard him say a 2 door Hyundai Hatchback, that's not my car. Not even close to resemble it. This man tried to convince me, in so many ways that my car is up for repossession. He even called his work to confirm the VIN numbers matched my vehicle's VIN numbers. This man never apologized and he never told me once that this was all just a mistake. Later when I got home I saw that he tired to break in my car because he left his fingerprints all over my windows. It looked like he tried to force my window down and on the other side you can see the side of his handprint pressed against my window to get a better look at what I had inside my car. When I called to file a complaint to Short Recovery about their employee they weren't at all interested instead they started to laugh at the idea. So that's when I sent a 10 page detailed report with pictures to DCA and also to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
