Tonya J Sears Westland Automotive on December 3 2016 My experience was different than any Ive had when going to get my car serviced. I am a regular customer at the Westland Location while waiting for my vehicle I had the privilige of meeting two new employees who made my wait sooooo worth my while!!! The new Mgr Ron Young has been exceptional customer service from the time I called for a same day appt til the minute I left!!! Then you have Sean a mechanic that females can trust to work on their cars with patience and persistence until the problem is resolved. Last but not Least Tammy customer service rep has worked alone in the past and has handled Rushes of customers with patience hardwork and the best caring attitude!!! And now that Ron and Sean are part of the team The Westland Location is improving and it will continue to improve dispite complaints of wait times from others at least you know the work is not being rush thru which insures a thorough job.

I'm here to be helpful, not to be a angry customer. People need to know this place is a nightmare. I highly recommend to go anywhere else it will save you time and money. Stay far away from this place as you can. You have been warned. I'm out of two days and extra cost for an oil change. Yes a oil change took two days. I only came here because of a groupon. Which in the end I paid more than original cost because of fees and parts they said I needed otherwise they couldn't do the oil change. I was stuck because of the Groupon otherwise I would have left. After watching the mechanics I'm pretty sure none of them are certified. Please I'm begging you to go else where. I'm afraid they I received the wrong oil and my car is worse off.
