Dishong's TV

This place is terrible. Stole my money by doing a shoddy repair and not backing up their work. They offer no warranty on their work which is a warning sign right there. If they don't get it fixed or make it worse like they did on mine, then too bad. Will never go back.

Stay away from these money stealing shysters!!!! When their repair catches fire , YES FIRE, and they basically tell you your S.O.L.!!!!!!!! I could never ethically take someones money if my repair failed. Hope you can sleep at night knowing you steal from hard working people!!!! Dont ever go to these guys.

Very friendly and professional, showed up on time and had my TV diagnosed and repaired in no time at all, Did I mention the reasonable price I was charged. A real 5 star company in my opinion. I will be calling Dishong TV for all m future TV repairs. Thank you Dishong TV

I recommend Dishong's T.v for any tv repairs!

They came out to my house to look at my t.v and immediately knew what was wrong with it. They ordered the part that was needed and had it fixed in no time. My parents actually recommended Dishong's tv to me, they had been using Dishong's tv for years and never had any issues. It's a family owned business that has been around since the 70's. Very knowledgeable people and friendly too! A++++

My tv kept shutting off after about an hour or a little more and I would have to turn it back on constantly. They took my 20$ deposit, said they "could not find anything wrong with it that it only turned off once when they had it on," and "In order to find out what's wrong with it we would really have to dig into it" I thought that is what I was paying them to do?? Anyway, they said take the tv home and if it happens again they would not charge me another 20 to look at it again. It was an inconvenience to drive there because it was a half hour away and a large tv. It continued for about 4 months to shut off here and there and now will not even stay on for more than 30 seconds. I then called back to bring it back in and they said if its over 90 days they will be charging me again. Do no recommend they should have looked at it the first time.

not very many repair centers left in my area.dishongs t.v. unloaded the t.v. for my wife and gave me a quote in 2 days and was repaired the next i was very pleased with the repair/price i would recommend them to anyone... we need to support our small business people in this day and age

called friday to get someone out to repair tv, said they would call back monday morning to schedule.

I called them mon afternoon, said they would call tuesday morning.

they called tuesday to ask for serial number, they called back and said they needed a part ordered, would be 2 days. Why didn't they order part friday? I called them back 3 days later, said they would call back in 1 hour. I called back that afternoon, said they had part and would be calling me back in mon or tue? why would he even say tue.



if you want fast and professional service, do not call these people.

you have to hunt them down to do there job.
